Payment

Twinaffiliates Program​ will facilitate payment of agreed Commissions. They reserve the right to change payment options and payment terms
at any time and for any reason.

In order to receive payments, a minimum threshold of €100 euros is applied. Payments below this amount are not processed but rolled over to the following month until the required minimum is met. For payments by bank transfer a minimum payment amount of €500 is applicable. If you have any issues or special requests, please send an email to your appointed Affiliate Manager.

Twinaffiliates Program​ Different payment options are available (skrill neteller, bank wire) for our Affiliates. To receive payments via Bank Transfer an invoice must be sent to affiliates@twin.com

No payment shall be due if we have reasons to believe that the traffic generated by the Affiliate is illegal or is in breach of the Agreement.

The Affiliate agrees to return all Commissions received based on false or fraudulent transactions and replace all costs and losses in relation to such transactions. This includes legal fees and costs.

Twin Affiliates does not enforce Negative Carry Over.

Fully Responsible

The Twinaffiliates Program​ is fully responsible to ensure that the content of their advertisements and website in the German market is totally compliant with the current gambling regulations in Germany and that no words ‘Casino’ or ‘Casinospiele’ are used in any association with the Twin brand whatsoever.

No jackpot, table games or live games are to be advertised in the German market in association with the Twin brand as Twin does not offer these games on the territory of Germany. The Affiliate is obliged to stipulate the following for all the customers residing on the territory of Germany that are willing to open an account on Twin website:

Player Referral

As an Twinaffiliates Program​ , you can use various methods for referring new customers including bonus codes (entered by players
at registration) and tracking links (used with the banners you host).

The event of a player registering

through one of the Affiliate’s trackers as mentioned above shall indicate a referral and their accounts will be considered affiliated with the Affiliate’s account.

The Twinaffiliates Program​ tracking link will be saved in the customer’s browser cookies for 30 days and processed whenever the
registration takes place. We shall not be responsible for cases when customers delete their cookies by accident or intent.

Twin may refuse any applicant New Customer or close a New Customer’s account to comply with Twin’s policies.
