Most products have a warranty period specified in the detail of each item; Some items have a longer warranty period or warranty from the same manufacturer, for example: IBM servers. The use of the guarantee is conditioned to comply with the following:

- The product that requires warranty service must be delivered to our offices, with its respective Referral Guide or other document issued by our company that indicates the serial number or batch number.
- The guarantee is lost if there is physical damage to the product.
- Damage caused to the products by external electrical failure, overload, poor installation, any foreign element (acids, liquids, chemicals, dust) or improper use are not covered by the warranty.
- The product subject to warranty claim may be repaired, remanufactured or replaced with a new one; and will be warranted for the remaining warranty period.
- The warranty does not cover accessories, connectors, input and output ports (parallel, serial, etc.), or printer heads. Likewise, it does not cover consumables or components that wear out due to use.
