Personal iThemes account status

Please review Terms of Service and apply to program in Impact. Once iThemes Affiliate Programs receive your application through Impact, they will review your application.

The following items are reviewed before application approval:

• Personal iThemes account status
• Websites listed in your affiliate application
• Name searches for coupon sites
• Previous sales correspondence (if applicable)

Affiliate applications are rejected for the following reasons:

• You run or operate a coupon site
• Your website is not active or the URL directs to a site not developed by you
• Your website contains explicit content

Impact

iThemes Affiliate Programs is the platform they use to power the affiliate network. They use Impact to track your sales and process your payments. It is also your StellarWP Affiliate Program home base, this is where you can see reports and earnings, and access links and banners.

Get Paid

The StellarWP Affiliate program pays 25% in commission for iThemes Affiliate Programs sales generated through your affiliate links (see Terms of Service A). Payouts will be sent at the end of each month, for the previous month’s following sales. (Please note this is subject to change). They pay through Impact, which allows you to receive your funds via Direct Deposit, ACH, or PayPal.

They verify all sales prior to approval: A sale is not complete until after we have verified that it was a valid sale without reversal or a hold by PayPal, GoogleCheckout, or the credit card issuer. We reserve the right to delay payment until this has been confirmed. Sales at the end of the month may be delayed until the next month for this reason.

Refund

They firmly believe in and stand behind the products 100%, but we understand that they cannot work for everyone all of the time. If you would like to request a refund, please open a “Pre-Sales and Account Services” support ticket.
