How often is my account updated with points I’ve earned?
The points you earn for taking surveys are added to your account and are usually updated within a few minutes after you complete the survey, with the exception of just a few surveys.
There may be instances when the points for recently completed surveys do not immediately appear in your account (due to occasional issues or project specificity).
In such cases, the points will be added later into your account. It may take a few days after the survey completion to see the points on the website. Points and survey completion status are being recorded correctly in our main database and several processes are set up in order to ensure periodical account updates.
