Where is BlockCard available globally, and who can enroll?
Initial rollout will be in the United States, followed by rollouts in other countries. We don’t have an exact timeframe yet, but we will update our users as soon as BlockCard™ becomes available in other countries.
In the United States, in compliance with the USA PATRIOT Act and other laws, you must be a U.S. resident with a valid government issued ID and a verifiable address to open a card account and order a card. Currently we do not issue cards to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa or other U.S. territories.

Members from the community must register and fund their BlockCard account to be considered. They ask this to ensure the community will actually use the BlockCard. Unfunded accounts do not count. Funds can be withdrawn by the user at anytime.
