• Referral bonuses сredits to the partner’s bonus balance within 2 (two) months after payment for the order made by the referral link of the partner and in tha case of active status of the ordered service (“Active”) to the expiration of 2 months.
• If within 2 (two) months after the payment for the order made by the referral link, the service has been canceled by the client for any reason, or has been removed for non-payment, the referral bonus is not charged.
• Referral bonuses received unfairly, that is, orders issued by the partner from his own account or from a clone account are either not charged or deducted from the partner’s bonus balance without notice.
• Referral bonuses are not charged, or deducts from the partner’s bonus balance, if the client who placed the order by the referral link of the partner is already our client and his previous orders have not been placed by the referral link of this partner.
• Referral bonus deducts from the partner’s bonus balance if the services ordered by his referral link are used for activities prohibited by the hosting rules, i.e. complaints are received to the mentioned services.

Terms of payment

Please note that amount specified during the code generation for payment should correspond to actual paid and in the same payment system! The generated code can be used only once.

Direct translations committed in compliance with requirements above shall be credited within 24 hours, in the some cases it can take up to 72 hours. If one of the requirements is not met, verification of payment may take considerably longer.

If your payment wasn not credited within 48 hours, open a ticket in the category Billing indicating all payment details, including the date, the payment system, the amount and the note for payment.

If at some reason you can not generate code for payment, then when you send payment by direct transfer you need to specify login, basic IP of your service or ticket number to which the payment relates.
