How To Cancel a Pending Digital Currency Withdrawal Request

If you need to cancel your digital currency withdrawal request, you may do so from within your account on the desktop web application (coinsquare.com). Note that if you have already confirmed your withdrawal via the email confirmation link, you will not be able to cancel it.

To cancel a pending withdrawal request:

1. Sign in to your account on coinsquare.com.

2. Click ‘Withdraw’ in the top menu bar.

3. Select the currency you had attempted to withdraw from the left side menu.

4. Scroll down to click on ‘Withdrawal History.’

5. Cancel your pending withdrawal.

How To Withdraw Digital Currency

You can withdraw digital currency from your Coinsquare account using web or the mobile apps.  Below are instructions for sending your digital currency to an external address.

Note: Be very careful and always double check that you are sending your digital currency to the correct address. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and Coinsquare cannot be held liable if you send your funds to the wrong address.

To send your digital currency to another address:

1. Click ‘Withdraw’ in the top menu bar.

2. Select the currency you wish to withdraw from the left side menu.

3. Enter the amount you wish to send in the ‘Withdrawal Amount’ field (ensure it is greater than the minimum but does not exceed your holdings).

4. In the “Send To” field enter the wallet address of the recipient (please use the copy and paste functions when doing this to avoid any typos). Please ensure you correctly enter the address, as payments sent to the wrong address cannot be reversed.

5. Double check to ensure that you have entered the information correctly, then click ‘Request Withdrawal’.

6. Go to your email inbox and click on the confirmation link found in the confirmation email.
